In the project Planted, innovative materials were used to create to a sculptural form. The concept revolved around fostering the organic development of a structure, specifically through the convergence of technological assembly and botanical growth—an approach known as building botany. Building botany entails a construction methodology where structures emerge through the synergistic interplay of technical connections and the natural progression of plants. To achieve this, living and non-living construction components are connected to one another in such a way that they grow together to form a plant-technical composite structure.
